How do I return an item?

Simply send us an email to sales@therusticdish.com where we will give you further instructions on our returns proceedure.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that your items have been damaged in transit then simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will either replace or refund those items.

Your rights under the Consumer Act 2015 apply.
