What is your minimum order?
We have no minimum order but the order total must be in excess of £250 to receive free delivery or a charge £14.99+VAT will apply.
What are your lead times?
5 weeks. Please check the message on the home page.
Is your olive wood sustainably sourced?
All our wood is taken from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life. They are usually discarded but we buy this stock so the olive farmers can reinvest in new, younger more productive trees.
How do I return an item?
Simply send us an email via the 'Contact Us' page where we will give you further instructions on our returns procedure.
What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that your items have been damaged in transit then simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will either replace or refund those items.
Your rights under the Consumer Act 2015 apply.

What are your delivery options?
UK orders are dispatched on a Next Day courier service via DPD.
Do you provide International delivery?
We sell our products all over the world. Prices are weight based and are exclusively dispatched via FedEx International. Delivery prices are calculated during checkout.
Are your boards treated?
Our olive wood is baked first in industrial ovens for up to 15 days. This kills any organsims or bactaeria living in the wood. The boards are finally finished with an organic hemp oil.
